CHASE SUITE HOTEL

Orwins is pleased to be awarded the fire restoration project at Chase Suite Hotel in Tampa. We look forward to completing the project in time to have the rooms available for the super bowl.

NORTH 29TH ST. STORE

This is a historical building in East Tampa. The buildings structure is severely compromised due to extreme termite damage, so much so we had to temporarily shore the structure from the inside. We are working on this project all while the tenant operates his business. Go to top.

WATERFORD PROPERTIES

Two story structure stabilization in St. Pete, Florida. When a contractor attempted to do a remodel on a two story condo building, he seriously compromised the integrity of the structure. Orwins temporarily shored the structure, poured a new footer, leveled the upstairs floor and reframed the walls to carry the load. The owner above never had to leave their home. We have since reworked the floor plan to accommodate a new master suite and combine two downstairs units into one luxury home. Check back to see the finished project soon. Go to top.

BURLINGTON TOWER

When Fire struck in one apartment at 11:00 pm the 4th of July, Orwins responded to the 11 story Burlington Tower building in St. Pete with crucial EMS services .Four floors and six other apartments in the building flooded due to the fire sprinklers. Orwins extracted the water and set drying equipment. We have since completely restored the building without interrupting any of the tenants or the operation of the building. Go to top.

BLIND PASS LAGOONS

A fire broke out on the 5th floor of the Blind pass lagoons at 6:00 pm, Orwins immediately responded with selective demo and drying services to unit 403 and 202. We completed repairs in unit 403 in one week! Both units were affected by smoke and water damage, they needed a complete pack-out of all contents as well as garment restoration services .Unit 202 had more severe damage and will be completed soon. FERRARI RESIDENCE

Fire almost completely destroyed this home. Orwins immediately responded with board up and tarping services. Engineered drawings have been completed and with the proper permits in place the residence is currently under reconstruction. Go to top.

WILSON RESIDENCE

A kitchen fire caused sever damage to this home, Orwins completed an emergency board up and tarp on the roof. The job is currently in the engineering and permitting stage. Go to top.
